As part of the standard, gold, and platinum monthly service plans, each client will receive a scheduled monthly consult call. The Bingway Success Manager will conduct a pre-call site evaluation and situational analysis to assist in forming a proactive best practices recommendation for the Bingway client. The client will be free to user their service time to implement this information or choose something else they with to have done. The plan provides the perfect balance between control and assistance.
