	Every Project Includes:
	A Project Manager will be assigned with the client having direct access. A project will be created online and the client will have access to see status and run reports. A project plan will be established with timelines and estimates for how long the work will take. Regular updates and meetings will be held to keep the client informed. A development & testing environment will be created, so that work does not have to happen on the production site. Thorough testing will be provided to make sure all features and functionality work as expected. The client will be provided access to the testing environment so that they can approve the work before launch. The client will provide approval before final invoice/billing is sent. Work is not expected to be paid until the client is satisfied.
