Administrative Dashboard
A powerful administrative dashboard is included in the PackFlash Locations system to help you manage the locations displayed on your site. You can use this module to manage what locations are mapped and how they are displayed for the user. It is an intuitive interface to make it easy for you to add locations and mapping on your site.
Adding and Editing Locations
Adding locations can be as simple as adding a name, address and geocode (the latitude/longitude pair that Google uses to map addresses). PackFlash Locations has built-in automatic geocoding based on address, so you don't even need to know the geocode values to be up and running fast.
Configuring Module Settings
There are a variety of settings in the Dashboard that allow a user to customize the PackFlash Locations module to meet their needs. These include both visual options (results per page, display items, and display type) and search options (user search toggle and custom text messages for the search view). The module also integrates a rich text editor for easily editing the custom user messages.
Familiar User Experience
Because PackFlash Locations integrates Google Maps, the most popular mapping solution for web sites, your customers will already be familiar with your site's mapping and location display.
Variety of Display Options
The Visual Options tab exposes settings that allow the site administrator to customize the user experience. You can choose to limit the number of locations listed per page, to show a list, a map or both, and to display a normal map, satellite view or hybrid view.
